Ablauf

1. Stelle dir deine gewünschten Pakete zusammen.
2. Fülle das Kontaktformular für das Pre-Booking aus und schreibe in den Bemerkungen wichtige Informationen zur Identifikation auf (z. B. Kleidfarbe,…)
3. Anschließend erhältst du so schnell wie möglich von mir eine Antwort mit der Rechnung und den Überweisungsdaten.
4. Durch den Zahlungseingang (oder alternativ Zahlungsnachweis) hast du deinen Spot bei deinem gewählten Turnier gesichert und ich werde priorisiert deine gewünschten Aufnahmen erstellen.
5. Nach Beendigung des Turnierwochenendes erhältst du als Erste/r eine Vorschau der Fotos zur Auswahl und/oder direkt deine Videodateien als Download.

Konditionen

• Mit der Kategorie „Pre-Booking“ sicherst du dir garantiert Foto- oder Videoaufnahmen vom gewählten Turnier und erhältst diese auch vor allen anderen Bestellungen nach dem Turnierwochenende.
• Solltest du aus nachvollziehbaren Gründen (Krankheit, Verletzung, Absage der Startklasse,…) nicht an dem vorgebuchten Turnier teilnehmen können, dann ist eine (Teil-)Stornierung nach vorheriger Mitteilung möglich.
• Sollte ich gleichermaßen verhindert sein, die gebuchten Leistungen zu erbringen (z. B. Krankheit, technische Defekte, keine Möglichkeit der Aufnahme beim Turnier), bist du auch hier berechtigt, eine (Teil-)Stornierung zu erwirken. Dies gilt allerdings nicht bei Nicht-Gefallen der Aufnahmen.
• Beim Erwerb von digitalen Bildern im Rahmen des Pre-Bookings erhältst du das einfache Nutzungsrecht für die gewählten Bilder. Du darfst sie im privaten Rahmen benutzen, also auf Social Media (Facebook, Instagram etc.) sowie zur Paarvorstellung auf der Vereinswebsiete – jeweils mit der Nennung meinerseits als Urheberin (phiagraphy). Solltest du die digitalen Bilder bearbeiten, dann ist dies auch zu erwähnen.
• Sollten die digitalen Bilder in irgendeiner Art veröffentlicht oder gewerblich genutzt werden (zum Beispiel bei Werbematerialerstellung, Zeitungsauftritten, Aushängen bzw. Bildergalerien im Verein oder auf der Vereinswebseite), dann musst du ein erweitertes Nutzungsrecht nachbestellen.
• Die Bilder beinhalten eine einfache Bildbearbeitung (Anpassung der Kontraste und Lichtverhältnisse) sowie einen Zuschnitt. Solltest du deine Bilder individueller und aufwändiger retouchiert wünschen, dann kontaktiere mich bitte und ich erstelle dir ein gesondertes Angebot.
• Als Urheberin behalte ich mir vor, vereinzelt digitale Bilder auch zu Werbezwecken zu benutzen.
• Die Preise verstehen sich inklusive aller für mich anfallenden Kosten wie Anfahrt, Eintritt oder ähnliches.
• Auf der Rechnung erfolgt keine Ausweisung der Mehrwertsteuer, da ich gemäß Kleinunternehmerregelung aus §19 UStG von der Umsatzsteuer befreit bin.
• Die von dir angegebenen Daten im Kontaktformular werden von mir nur gespeichert, damit ich mit dir in Kontakt treten und dir eine Rechnung ausstellen kann. Die Daten werden nie an Dritte weitergegeben (siehe auch Datenschutzerklärung).
• Mit Zustandekommen eines verbindlichen Auftrags werden diese Konditionen anerkannt.

procedure

1. Put together your preferred package(s).
2. Fill out the pre-booking contact form and include any relevant identifying details in the „comments“ section (e.g., the color of your dress, etc.).
3. I will then get back to you as soon as possible with an invoice and payment details.
4. Once your payment has been received (or proof of payment provided), your spot at your chosen competition is secured, and I will prioritize capturing the footage you’ve requested.
5. After the competition weekend concludes, you will be the first to receive a preview of the photos to choose from, and/or your video files will be made available for direct download.As soon as I receive your payment, you will get a download link where you can download the desired photos.

terms

• By choosing the category „Pre-Booking“, you are guaranteed to receive photo or video footage from your selected competition – delivered ahead of all other orders after the tournament weekend is over.
• Should you be unable to participate in the pre-booked competition for a valid reason (such as illness, injury, or the cancellation of your competition category), a full or partial cancellation is possible after prior notification.
• Likewise, should I be unable to provide the booked services (e.g., due to illness, technical failure, or an inability to capture footage at the competition), you are also entitled to a full or partial cancellation. Please note, however, that this does not apply in cases where you simply do not like the resulting footage.
• When you purchase digital images through pre-booking, you receive the simple right of use for the selected images. You may use them in a private context, i.e. on social media (Facebook, Instagram etc.) as well as for presenting couples on the club website – in each case with the mention of me as the creator (phiagraphy). If you edit the images, this must also be mentioned.
• If the digital images are to be published in any way or used commercially (for example in advertising material, newspaper appearances, displays or picture galleries in the club or on the club website), you need to purchase an extended right of use for those images.
• The digital images include simple image editing (adjustment of contrasts and lighting conditions) and cropping. If you would like your images to be retouched in a more individual and elaborate way, please contact me and I will make you a separate offer.
• As the creator, I reserve the right to use some digital images for advertising purposes.
• The prices include all costs incurred by me, such as travel, entrance fees and other expenses.
• There is no VAT on the invoice, as I am exempt from VAT according to the „Kleinunternehmerregelung“ (small business regulation) of §19 UStG.
• The data you provide in the contact form will only be stored by me so that I can contact you and issue an invoice. The data will never be passed on to third parties (see also Datenschutzerklärung).
• With the placement of a binding order, these terms and conditions are accepted.
